Arlington Project
This project saw the near complete renovation of this 100-year old bungalow-style home. A second floor addition included the addition of a bedroom, the expansion and complete renovation of the bathroom, and the addition of a laundry room. On the main floor, a new mudroom was built to fix existing structural concerns. On the outside of the home, the siding was completely replaced with Hardie Fiber Cement plank lap siding and new windows and roof were installed. We worked with the home-owners to reach their goals of creating a fully-sustainable and energy efficient home with the installation of solar panels and a heat pump, as well as improving insulation and air handling.
Mansfield Project
This project focuses on adding important living space to an existing, split-level ranch style home. The addition includes a new master bathroom, new living room, and two offices.

Hopedale Project
This project consists of creating an ADA-accessible in-law apartment addition that will allow family members to age comfortably at home. We were able to work with the family to meet with the local planning board to ensure this project met local bylaws as well as the family's unique needs.
